Terms & Conditions

- We do have a smart casual dress code, we politely ask you for no sportswear/shorts to be worn.
 

- We reserve the right to ask for the card details to confirm your booking.

- We ask that you attend at the time of your booking confirmation as we cannot guarantee service earlier or later than the actual time you have been booked in.

- If for any reason this should not be possible, please let us know by calling us on 01616371160 and we will try our best to accommodate your booking.

- We allow a maximum of 10/15 minutes grace period from the booking time, beyond this, if we don’t hear from you, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and reassign your table to another guest with a charge of £10 per person being made.

- Up to 24 hours before the date of the booking, we are happy to accept amendments and cancellations with no charge to the customer being made.

- For parties larger than 10 guests we require at the least 48 hours for cancellation, the number of attending guests can still be adjusted up to 24 hours before the date.

Within 24 hours from the booking date (48 hours for 10+ groups):

- £10 per head charge will be applied for no shows/cancellations.

- If your party drops in number and no notice have been given/booking has not being amended accordingly, we reserve the right to charge £10 per head as a “no show” 

- Should the guest require additional attendance, we will try our real best to accommodate however this cannot be guaranteed
